Entry Camera Terms of Use for Quantum BCS2781

This Camera Monitoring Site ("Site") is intended solely for the purpose of enhancing the security and safety of the residents of Quantum, 39 Sixth St, New Westminster, BC ("Building"). Access to and use of this Site is restricted to residents of the Building only. It is adminstered by the Quantum Strata Corporation, BCS2781 ("Corporation")

  1. Authorized Use: Access to this Site is restricted to residents of the Building for the purpose of monitoring security within the Building's premises. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
  2. No Recording or Saving: Residents are requested to refrain from from recording, capturing, or saving any footage or data from this Site. Doing so may violate provisions of Provincial and Federal privacy acts.
  3. Restricted Access: Residents are request not to share the URL of the Site with non-residents to use or view the Site.
  4. Reasonable Use: Residents are advised to restrict their viewing of the Site to a reasonable amount of time, for the purpose of monitoring enterphone activity related to their suite only, so as not to overload the system or infringe upon the privacy of other residents.
  5. Monitoring: The Corporation reserves the right to monitor use of the site, and to collect information about users.
  6. Liability: The Corporation and its affiliates are not liable for any misuse of the Site or any unauthorized access to the Site.
  7. Amendments: These terms may be amended at any time by the Corporation, and it is the responsibility of the residents to stay updated on any changes.
  8. Shared Commons: The Corporation is making the site easy to access to encourage residents to use it. Misuse may result in us having to implement measures to require authentication. Please be considerate.
